  • "From unique cuts of wood to dimensional stock, the quality and consistency that is produced by The Mill Co. never disappoints. As a small business owner I appreciate the value of good customer service and a quality product. The service provided and quality of wood Justin supplies is exceptional. As long as Justin and Pops will accommodate my small orders I will always be back for more."

  • "It is always a pleasure working with Justin. He is knowledgeable ,has great inventory and pricing. I live in the Windsor area and it is a short trip to pickup whatever I need. The boards and slabs I have purchased have been perfect. I have even purchased bowl turning blanks. All my furniture projects start with a call to The Mill."

  • "I've picked up kiln-dried dimensional walnut and hard maple for cutting boards. It's been very dry and easy to work with. In my last visit, I picked up 100 bdft of quartersawn white oak for a coffee table and it exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be going back for more!'

  • "These guys are the absolute best at what they do! Best kept secret of Dresden Ontario! Living so far away I was a bit skeptical of ordering the wood without seeing it. These guys exceeded expectations. We have used them a few times now and whether it’s 200 feet or 2 000 feet they put the same amount of care and effort into the order. They take the time and ask the proper questions to make sure you are getting what you wanted. From the milling to drying and delivery, these guys don’t disappoint! Absolutely fantastic. Customer for life. If you haven’t yet tried them out….. do it, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Justin and the team!"

  • "Always a great experience dealing with Justin at The Mill Co. The best prices and high quality slabs! Also a great selection. Justin’s extensive knowledge makes for easy decisions when selecting material whether you’re a beginner or expert! Would recommend to anyone in the industry without hesitation."

  • "I started using the Mill Co. for my wood source in 2020. Since then I have been back several times. As a small business and sole worker within the business, there have been times I have needed extra work done on the wood prior to pick up; which has been a life saver! Their quality, finishing, flattening service is second to none and as a wood worker...I am picky! Pricing is the best I have seen in south west Ontario for kiln dried hardwoods. The owner is professional, knowledgeable and is quick to respond and gives clear communication. Their large inventory makes it very easy and quick to get what I need, how I need it and in quick order. I highly recommend!"

  • I contacted them about ordering some wood and shipping to SK. Justin was very helpful, sending photos and answering questions. Lots of back and forth to ensure everything was correct. Shipment arrived in good condition, wood is of good quality and a great price. Highly recommend

  • Justin knows his stuff and is always willing to help you pick out the right piece(s) for your project, big or small he has the knowledge to guide you in the right direction when selecting lumber from the Mill.Co vast inventory of hardwoods. If the project is too big he can even help you finish mill the slabs in his woodshop to get you started. The lumber is always top notch, kiln dried and ready to work with. Thats what sets them apart from the competition. I plan on being a customer of the Mill.Co and dealing with Justin for years to come.
